I have 15-years experience working in government, community and NFP settings in Australia. With a background in Social Work, my evaluation approach is trauma-informed, participatory and culturally responsive.
I have extensive project management experience coordinating national programs in the disability, LGBTIQ+ and palliative care sectors. I understand first-hand the experience of working with evaluators from the program manager perspective.
I have a keen interest and expertise in evaluation capacity building; facilitating workshops and coaching individuals and organisations who are new to evaluation.
